Shipping Policy

As the customer, you are solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Please note that all items will be declared at full purchase price and indicated as "used" when shipped outside of the United States.

1. Shipping Locations

All products are shipped from DropLush’s warehouses.

2. Shipping Guarantee

We provide a shipping guarantee to ensure timely delivery. If we miss the delivery date (typically 30-40 days), you are eligible for a full refund.

Standard Delivery Time:
- Normal seasons: More than 30 days.
- Busy seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.): More than 40 days.
- Unforeseen circumstances (epidemics, strikes, etc.): May vary—please check our notifications.
Refund Eligibility Based on Region:
- USA, Europe, New Zealand, Canada: Refund if delivery exceeds 30 days.
- South America, Middle East, India, Africa: Refund if delivery exceeds 60 days.
- Exceptions: No refunds for insufficient addresses, unclaimed packages, or customer non-response.

3. Shipping Terms & Conditions

Your order must meet these conditions for a shipping guarantee refund:
✔️ The shipping option was selected on the product page.
✔️ The shipping address is accurate and eligible.
✔️ The product is eligible for delivery.

🚫 The guarantee does not apply in cases of:

Unforeseen disruptions (epidemic, strike, war, natural disaster, etc.).
Shipments to restricted countries, including Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Zambia, Peru, Egypt, and more.

4. Shipping Methods

Netherlands Post & Singapore Post: Support worldwide delivery.
UK Express: Default shipping method for UK orders.
US Express: Ships to the USA (excluding military bases) via USPS.
CA Express: Ships to Canada via Canada Post.
AU Express: Ships to Australia via Australia Post.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

US Express: 7-12 days
CA Express: 8-15 days
AU Express: 7-9 days
UK Express: 6-10 days
